What is the process for the translations?

The translation request process is simple. Email me your document/s, I will get back to you with a quote and timeline. Should you decide to proceed I’ll raise an invoice and email that to you immediately. I will commence the work and will await payment prior to the delivery by email of the translation in PDF format.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a Spanish<>English translation depends on the type and length of the document. Standard documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates and police checks are generally charged at a fixed rate, while longer or more complex documents are quoted individually. Please refer to the Fees page for a guide on pricing.

How long does the translation take?

For standard personal documents most translations are ready within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner. If your request is urgent please mention it in your email enquiry. For longer documents it may take up to one week.

How can I check your NAATI credentials?

All my translations include a NAATI certification statement by me as well as the NAATI QR code and my certification number. Any individual or organisation can scan the QR code which will take them to the NAATI website where my details will appear on the page. Alternatively you can search for my credentials directly on the NAATI website.
